Thank you for your order. Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 days from receipt.

Every effort is made to ensure that an item's stock level is accurately displayed, though there may be occasions when this information is not 100% correct and an ordered item may have sold out.

In such an instance, every effort will be made to source the item for you and you will be kept up to date by one of our Customer Care representatives via email.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping for orders over $120 within Australia.
Orders under $120 are charged a $12 delivery fee domestically.
Express shipping orders are charged a $17 delivery fee domestically.

International order shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Currently, we can't ship to international post offices or PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address for international deliveries.

Delivery Time Frames

Deliveries to capital cities and metropolitan areas, within Australia, are estimated at 2-5 business days from dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas, within Australia, are estimated at 7-10 business days from dispatch.

International orders may take more than 10 business days.

Please note: Our shipping charges do not include any potential import taxes and duties to international locations. Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and Mia & Luna cannot calculate these before delivery.

When we process and dispatch your goods, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please be sure to indicate your daytime address where you will be during business hours for delivery purposes.
